Holistic Massage Therapy

The holistic approach means considering a person as a whole - mind, body, spirit and emotions together. Relaxing Massage

Holistic massage is an exceptionally relaxing treatment, bringing about a deep state of serene peace and harmony, providing very valuable relief from anxiety, stress and tension.

This kind of massage is very similar to Swedish massage. It includes the same techniques/strokes - effleurage, petrissage, percussion, friction and vibration.

​It can be executed as a full body treatment or focus on particular areas that require special attention.
